Living Free Counseling Center, located in Austin, TX is the private psychotherapy practice of Leanne Spencer, M.A., Med., L.P.C.
Leanne holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1994).
Leanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC License #13897). Also, Leanne is a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA TX) in Texas.
Early in Leanne's counseling career she was drawn to working with people through lifespan issues. Pre-marital needs, marital issues, pregnancy feelings, parenting, Eating/Body or Image issues and chronic/terminal health issues became a focus.
As a result of these interests, Leanne completed a significant number of post graduate training and employment hours in these areas.
Leanne is a facilitator of the following groups/services:
- Early Childhood Magic (Love and Logic for 0-6)
- Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® (6-teens)
- Bringing Baby Home (John Gottmans' groundbreaking program on marital life after adding baby)
- Life After Loss (American Cancer Society Grief Group)

www.findingbalance.com, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting men and women with disordered eating/body/image issues.
